Business days are Monday through Friday and do not include weekends or public holidays. Shipping time begins after production is completed and the package has been handed over to the carrier.

- Cancellation & modification: Orders may be canceled or modified within 2 hours of purchase only.
- Tracking: A tracking number will be emailed once your order has shipped. Please allow some time for the carrier to scan and update tracking information.
- Returns & replacements: Eligible issue-based requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
Because most products are personalized and made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size selection, incorrect personalization details, or personal preference.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, misprinted, missing, or materially different from what you ordered, please contact us with your order number and clear photos or other proof so we can review your case.
Approved refunds are processed within 1-3 business days after approval. Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may take an additional 5-10 business days to post the refund to your account.
